Creating an Orchestrator Flow

Welcome to the Orchestrator Flow creation page! This guide will walk you through how to start building your flow by selecting a pre-configured template or beginning from scratch.


Step 1: Access the Orchestrator Flow Page

  1. You first need to have created a Tenant and a Project
  2. Make sure you are in the desired Tenant and Project
  3. Navigate to the Orchestrator Flow section from the main menu.

Step 2: Choose a Template

On the Creating Orchestrator Flow page, you’ll see the following options:

Templates Available

  1. Blank
  2. Description: A blank template with no pre-installed nodes.
  3. Use Case: Ideal for advanced users who prefer to configure every aspect of their flow from scratch.
  4. How to Use:

    • Select the Blank option by clicking on it.
    • Start adding and configuring nodes manually in the flow editor.
  5. Marketplace Templates

  6. Description: Pre-configured templates from the marketplace, designed for various use cases.
  7. Use Case: Great for users who want to quickly start with a predefined structure or explore examples of common workflows.
  8. How to Use:
    • Browse and select a template from the available options in the Marketplace section.
    • Modify the pre-configured nodes and settings to suit your requirements.

Step 3: Adjust Rows Per Page (Optional)

If there are multiple templates, you can adjust the Rows per page dropdown to display more options at once.


Step 4: Create Your Flow

  1. After selecting your preferred template, click the Create button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. You will be redirected to the flow editor, where you can:
  3. Add, remove, or modify nodes.
  4. Customize the flow to suit your requirements.

Additional Tips

  • Advanced Users: Start with the Blank template for maximum flexibility.
  • Beginners: Choose Basic ChatGPT or API Integration to explore and understand how flows work before building your own.
  • Save Regularly: Remember to save your progress frequently while working in the flow editor.
