Profiles

Each profile is associated with an individual client and aggregates all activity for that client. Each profile has a unique number used to identify the client across the system.

On each profile you can see:

  • Phone Number / ID: The unique number associated with the client.
  • Total interactions: The number of interaction sessions the client had with the agent.
  • Average duration: The average time of an interaction with the agent.
  • Conversations list: A chronological list of all conversations the client had with the agent. Clicking any conversation opens the same detailed view used in Conversations.

This view helps you analyze individual client behavior, track usage, and review past interactions for a specific customer.
